Could not start Quickbooks.! You have not opened Quickbooks before hitting the big green “Go” button. Or you are running a version of Quickbooks that WDTMGO does not work with. So WDTMGO cannot access any Quickbooks files to report on. If you have failed to open Quickbooks, open Quickbooks and choose a file to report on, and then things should be fine and dandy. If you are using a version of Quickbooks that is not supported, sorry but we can’t really help you at this point. Please get a copy of Quickbooks that is supported and then try again. 2. Failed to connect to the QB database!! 3. ...Cannot access the file...!! This error is a heartbreaker because it usually occurs right at the end of the processing i.e. WDTMGO has gone away, got all of the data out of Quickbooks, and it is just looking to create the Microsoft Excel file to put it into when kerbamm, it runs into a brick wall. Basically what has happened is that your computer has restricted access to the default destination that the Excel file usually gets put e.g. C:\Program Files\UNITRACESOFT\WDTMGO10. You can eliminate this error by pointing the destination file to an unrestricted place at the bottom left of the WDTMGO screen e.g. My Documents.
